A few of you have contacted me regarding your own family members that have suffered a stroke. Please feel free to ask me anything that you like. I'll be of any help that I can. I know that it helps to speak to someone that has experienced it. Remember, this is the reason that I established this site so no thanks are necessary. In addition, if you have any questions about the Train to End Stroke program of the American Stroke Association, please don't hesitate to ask.

I've recently been appointed president of the alumni council of The Train to End Stroke Bay Area program. This program will train you to walk or run a 1/2 or full marathon while teaching you better nutrition as well. At the same time you'll be fundraising for stroke research and education.
